José María Borrás' Menorcan secret with S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna

José María Borrás (Aquiara), the winner of the S.Pellegrino Young Chef Academy Iberia, will treat us to an exclusive menu showcasing his innovative style and profound respect for the produce of his native Menorca.

Accompanied by his mentor, Andreu Genestra, the owner of the Michelin-starred restaurant that bears his name, they will treat us to a unique gastronomic experience.

S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna are offering us the opportunity to experience the cuisine of these two renowned chefs alongside a tasting session of waters and wines led by sommelier Juan Muñoz.

During the lunch, the two chefs will work together, ahead of the S.Pellegrino Young Chef Academy Grand Finale in Milan on 28 October, where José María will represent Spain and Portugal.
