XVI National Grill Championship

As usual, it will take place on the last day, which is Wednesday, 8 October this time.
First held in 2010 following the success of the Planeta Parrilla congress, the San Sebastian Gastronomika – Euskadi Basque Country National Grill Competition showcases the best grill masters in Spain. The competition seeks out the ‘greatest’ grill masters throughout Spain with the aim of promoting one of our most unique and exquisite forms of cuisine: grilling.
During the competition, it will be paired with CORIMBO I 2018 wines from Bodegas LA HORRA (D.O. Ribera del Duero) and RODA I Blanco 2022 (D.O.Ca. Rioja).
