From the northernmost part of Mallorca, in Alcúdia, chef Maca de Castro explores the island's traditional recipes to offer an authentic and very personal cuisine. The culinary richness of the island is studied, pressed, researched and redeveloped in order to offer the chef's own vision. With the result, a free Mallorcan cuisine, Maca de Castro offers a new approach to the larder of a unique territory, highlighting the work of all its suppliers: farmers, fishermen and wine growers.

S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna, within the framework of San Sebastian Gastronomika, are offering us the opportunity to get to know Maca de Castro's universe through a lunch prepared by the chef, in harmony with the brand, where Mallorcan dishes will be accompanied by a harmonious tasting of waters and a selection of wines and cavas by Juan Muñoz, president of the AS&MSE (Academy of Spanish Sommeliers).
