A celebration of hard work, dedication and effort.
These two chefs will share some of their experiences and offer each other a dish in an intimate conversation. They are both Basque chefs who have had very different careers in the same field: one started from scratch in a foreign country and became a prominent businesswoman, while the other has to live up to a renowned family name.
