Ramón Freixa presents his new restaurant, Ramón Freixa Atelier.

The Ramón Freixa Atelier was born from a desire. It was born from a desire. A dream. It's about cooking with freedom. Creating without limits. It is Ramón Freixa's most personal project to date, through which he continues to learn and cook for the sake of his own happiness. 

He will present his tasting menus, Origen and Origen Vegetalia.
