The connection between Colombia's pantry and the water of the wastelands
In his presentation, Jeferson García will discuss the relationship between water, the moors, and Colombia's food supply. These connections are formed through Colombia's water resources and are crucial to the larder.
During the presentation, García will introduce us to many ingredients with a history of origin, some of which were supposedly already extinct.
